omg, that is some really retarded shit. I've never seen so much turtling in my 
life. Bison vs Balrog, omg, a good 30 seconds of zero screen activity except for 
the timer counting down. Christ, was that ugly.

Daaaamn. JFL is crazy turtle. He was losing, clock running down, and STILL just 
sat there for like 20 seconds. Someone should disable the forward direction on 
his stick and see if he notices..  Whatever works I guess.. Real close matches. 
The last bit was great. When Vega tried that last lvl3 stab, JFL nearly jumped 
up to celebrate but quickly got back down when it whiffed over Sagat's head.

You turtle so if your opponent wins he doesn't get much life back. That way 
JFL's r2 vega could kill Cole's r1 bison quickly, and any damage Vega did take 
would recover so they he would have full health versus Cole's r2 sagat.

Yup. Not to mention, I don't think there was much JFL could have done at that 
point. It was very much in Bison's favour to remove that last pixel of Balrog's 
life than for Balrog to remove that remaining 15% of so of Bison's. JFL did the 
right thing, IMO. I'm surprised that Cole didn't try and finish him off though. 

I didn't see a lot of "crazy turtling" actually. Aside from that 20 seconds 
where nothing happened, it was more like "smart" turtling on JFL's part. Nothing 
as outrageous as Eddie Lee V-Vega jump back fierce for 60 seconds, for example.
